Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of websiterebuilderpro.com and any rebuild, hosting, or revision service ordered through it (the "Service"). Website Rebuilder Pro is a trading name of CodeHawks Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16095971), registered office Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

You submit your existing website (or a description of the business, if none exists), and our AI-driven pipeline generates a rebuilt version: modern design, mobile-responsive layout, and on-page SEO. We deploy a live preview for you to review before anything is finalised. Screenshots, copy and layout are generated automatically and reviewed by us before delivery, but we do not guarantee any particular design outcome, ranking, or traffic result.

2. Plans and pricing

We host it - £29/month. No upfront cost. We build the site and keep it live on your own subdomain, monitored, with no code handed over. You can cancel at any time.

Your plan includes 3 rounds of free revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond the first 3 are £19 each. Prices are shown in GBP and, where applicable, include any tax we are required to charge.

3. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your rebuild after using all 3 free revision rounds, we will refund what you paid in full. To claim a refund, contact us at hello@websiterebuilderpro.com after your third revision round. The guarantee applies to the initial rebuild fee and does not cover separately purchased extra revisions once delivered.

4. Hosted plan: cancellation, locking and archiving

If a hosted subscription is cancelled, paused, or a payment fails, your site is not deleted immediately. It is locked behind a holding page (your files remain untouched) and we email you a link to restart the subscription. We send a reminder every 5 days while the site is locked. If the subscription has not been restarted within 30 days, the site is archived - taken offline and moved to archive storage, but it can still be restored, exactly as it was, if you restart the subscription later. We don't guarantee archived sites are kept indefinitely; if you want a permanent copy, ask us for an export.

5. Content you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any text, images, business details, or other content you provide or that we extract from your existing website, and you confirm you have the right to let us use it in the rebuild. We may use publicly available information about your business (e.g. from your existing website or listings) to help generate the rebuild.

6. Revisions

Revision requests should describe the specific change you want. We make the requested changes to the existing build rather than starting over, and re-deploy to the same preview or live URL. Free revisions do not carry over between orders and do not reset if you upgrade or change plans.

7. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Hosted-plan payments recur monthly until cancelled; you can cancel from your account management page at any time, subject to the locking and archiving process described above.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to rebuild a website for content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have authorisation to represent. We may refuse or suspend an order if we reasonably believe it breaches this.

9. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
